ABOUT APA SUSHI
Apa Sushi is the fourth restaurant owned and operated by Chef Sonam Nyorie, a Tibetan immigrant who came to the US in 2010, Apa Sushi honors the cuisine of his homeland, while also drawing on his skills as a sushi chef — a craft he’s developed working in multiple sushi restaurants on the east coast and in the Twin Cities.
Sonam started his entrepreneurial journey with popular food truck, Volcano Hibachi which was a great learning experience and stepping stone to his dream of restaurant ownership.
With the goal of providing delicious, healthy food in a happy, inviting environment, Chef Sonam and his family are excited to welcome everyone to Apa Sushi.
